Apo & the Apostles is a multi-lingual rock band hailing from Jerusalem and Bethlehem in Palestine, quickly establishing itself as one of the Middle East’s leading contemporary bands.
Combining the diverse backgrounds of the members, the band has pioneered a musical style that integrates blues, dance, and eastern elements. But, with each successive release, Apo & the Apostles innovate their sound with new influences and styles.
Their debut single “Baji Wenek” has more than a million views on Youtube and other social media platforms. They’ve been listed on Buzzfeed and elsewhere as one of the region’s hottest new bands, infamous for their late-night party-concerts.
Their debut album “Back to Sababa” celebrates a trumpet-infused party rock sound with ecstatic beats of the East and melodies of the West, encapsulated in the infectious lead single “Fil Zaman”.
Their latest single “Bandora Blues” if off their fourth EP “Ya Zalamez”. Released by Universal Music MENA, the single and the EP garnered much attention in the region for the evolving and diverse sounds of the band…and a future full of possibilities.
