About the internship
Arts Canteen is presenting a number of music and visual arts projects in the last quarter of 2016, in addition to several festivals. We are seeking motivated and committed individuals to be involved in these very exciting projects. Interns will be mainly helping to develop projects, coordinate amongst participants, gather data, helping in communications and media promotion.
Internships are unpaid with the expectation to work at least 4 hours per week for the period of September – December 2016 (negotiable). We can be flexible with days/times of working and will discuss this at the interview stage.

Who we are looking for
As part of a small and dynamic organisation, you will play a key role in coming up with creative ideas. You should be well organised, interested in the Middle East and its arts scene, have a good attention to detail, have good communication skills, be responsible and committed to your work.
We are looking for people with specialist interests and skills in either music, visual arts, marketing or fundraising. You will be passionate about your subject and be an excellent organiser. You will have excellent verbal and written communications skills (including IT literacy). You will be able to work independently and work from home.
